Having more inclusion into the curriculum of topics and themes like you’ve suggested is great – also if we look at a dictionary definition of safety (a state in which or a place where you are safe and not in danger or at risk) – what does this actually mean in practicable terms for workplaces to actually understand this and deal with human factors (not just systems and processes).
