Susan
I will need much more informaiton to locate a relevant “disclaimer”. Please contact me outside this blog with more details of the circumstances for your request and I will happily do what I can.

Thanks for continuing to read the blog

Kevin

Thanks for your reply. I am not currently with any association and the insurance company I am with does not help with the disclaimers. I haven’t been able to come across any examples of OH&S discaimers. Would you mind if I had a look at yours. If not I will understand.
PS: I think your safety at work blog is fantastic!
Cheers

Susan
The easiest way to start is to look at those used by others and see if you think it is appropriate. If you find one put it to your union or professional association. If they are worth the membership fees they should be able to help

I have to be in agreance with your OH&S proffessional standards blog.

However, I am just starting out as a OH&S consultant for small to medium businesses and my Insurance company did say I do not need a Disclaimer!? I do feel that it would be a good idea to have one. Just wandering who had written your disclaimer for you? Yourself or your Solicitor? At the moment I am trying to figure out the best way to do this.

Your help would be appreciated in this matter.

Kind Regards

Susan
