Kevin, I think you might be right. For minister Ferguson to trumpet this bit of information it smells like there are already issues relating to potential claims?????.

I suspect we will continue to chew this bone for many generations to come. The more they keep the spin running the more distracted people become. Dogged and dogmatic tends to keep things on message.
