The same is true in the U.S. While it\’s impossible to change the external circumstances that contribute to this increase, it is possible to change your reaction to the external events. A shift in perspective can diminish the negative impact on mental and physical health. If employers would provide training in dealing with stress, difficult people, and negativity, the ROI would be immeasurable.

Many employers fail to understand how much pressure their employees are under,particularly with the recession still affecting many businesses. Many workers just need to feel that they are valued employees and not put in postions where no matter how hard they work they can not complete their tasks.
