This type of change (back) is common when OHS is part of the commitment and passion of a “safety champion”, instead of having OHS embedded as a core value and integal to the system of business.
All we can do is refletc of the positive changes we werte able to achieve in the face of temporary commitment.

I worked in the company for 4 years and managed to negotiate the system pretty well. When I left they abolished my position, with all WHS personnel reporting directly to the newly titled People & Wellbeing Executive.
