It is not surprising at all that this is the culture in workcover. The ideology of absolutes such as in zero harm or zero intolerance \’primes\’ the same. Once we have dehumanised a class of people or have have a dehumanising mindset we can do anything to anybody.

There are many in the Victorian Regulator who have experienced bully harassment and also ambush. The worst of it all is that the organisation that does the bullying is also the regulator and also the organisation that directs the claims process against the employee who has been bullied. There is no transparency in this and clearly a total conflict. I have never understood how this is allowed to happen. The poor person who has been bullied has no where to turn and does not know who to trust as all strings are pulled by the bully.
