“I must then conclude that on balance there were good reasons to not record convictions. In my opinion there are no good reasons to not record convictions, because the public has a right to know about these offences and because Mr Narroway has previously been given a number of sentences for dishonesty offences without convictions being recorded.”

Robert I encourage people to read the Court judgement but I also didn’t want to repeat a lot of the information from the judgement that didn’t indicate ways for all of us to improve.
