The question that I always ask myself after reading books associated with our profession is, “does the book’s title actually reflect its content?” Does Calderone actually provide tangible solutions to “tackling toxic workplace cultures and burnout”? Using your review as my only evidence (as i do not intend to purchase the book), I would suggest that Calderone fails in this regard.
